Creation of the Collective "Asia - Isolated Children" January 6, 2005 Enfant&Développement is one of the founding members of the " Asia– Isolated Children" collective created January 6, 2005 with the initiative and support of the Minister of Health Philippe Douste-Blazy. This collective is destined to organize help efforts for children who were victims of the tsunami.
